SUMMARY-UP AND AWAY

The poem up and away is a simple poem written by T. Mark about the pleasures of traveling on an aeroplane. Even in these modern times travel on an aeroplane is like a fantasy to many. the author nudges that childlike excitement one faces when one gets to travel on a plane. He talks about how the world becomes small and the view big. He gives reasons as to why travel by a plane is fun. the panoramic view from atop a plane, looking down on clouds and things like fields, sea and mountains is a one of a kind experience. The aeropplane itself is a fun thing which dips and swings and it is a magical wonder that a big lump of metal files. He ends his poem as he started by saying that if he ever gets to travel to exotic places like France or Spain he wants to do it on an aeroplane.
